Em is passionate about community services and delivering person-centred services. Em holds a Certificate IV in Human Resource Management and has extensive leadership and Scheduling experience in Retail, Community Aged Care and NDIS across roles from Support Worker, Home Services Lead and most recently as Support Work Team Leader.
Her strengths include team mentoring, compliance, training, recruitment, building relationships, and continuous improvement. Em is a strong advocate for mental health and well-being, supported by lived experience, work in the field, and further study. In her spare time you’ll find Em with her doggos, family and friends, walking or drinking coffee by the beach.
